What would you consider a long distance relationship?
Do you think about an hour & a half away is that long distance? The couple would only be able to spend like 2 days a week together & on college breaks. Is that managable, if both people truly care.
I just don't have a lot of time between college and work, I was just wondering if 2 days a week seems enough for a relationship. Advice? Ads |

that's not really long-distance. Long distance means that the people live 5+ hours away from each other.

i dated my BF long distance thru the last 2 yrs of me being away @ college..so it does work. and we were 5 hrs away. we have such a loving/trusting/amazing relationship. umm, how long have you been dating? it'll be hard and at times frustrating... definitely, but its not impossible. just make sure you dedicate enough time to each other. good luck

I wouldn't say that's a long distance relationship, I'd say it's more of a sacrifice... But education comes first! But then again 2 days a week does seem like a short amount of time.

omg, my bf and I live in the same city and we live about the same distance away from each other! We also only spend weekends together because we work different shifts during the week. I never considered it Long Distance, but I guess it's all relative. If you'd prefer to spend every night together, it could be pretty hard. But technology helps. Get webcams and you can virtually kiss each other good night over Facebook Video Chat Rounds (http://www.rounds.com/facebook-video-chat ).
