How to find my father?

My mother has recently told me who my biological father really is. Problem is another man signed my birth certificate, the only thing I know about my real father is his full name and that he was going to make a career out of the navy. I don't know any way to get in contact with him without his date of birth or SSN . If anyone knows of anyway please let me know, thank you so much .

Google him? See if he has a facebook. If you know the general area he lives in, it might be easier to narrow down the search.

I learned you can search people if they have a government job. Also there's a website called ancestry.com that helps you learn about your family.
