I need help with twitter!?

So, I had 2 twitter accounts and I deactivated the 2nd one.
I wanted to change the email of my first account to the email i had for second account, but, when I typed in the email, it says that the email had already been taken.

What do I do? I already deactivated my second about a month ago!

Some of sites have different privacy policies. You have two account. If your second account is disable and you didn't get permission to use deactivated email address in your activated account.
