This was posted by a white person but I know hes not racist,But can someone help me figure out what he means?

I get it until the hashtag. Is that some real twitter feed? Some people like to get tanned, some avoid the sun, nothing racist about that, but the rest...is....weird. He may be joking about people who tan too much, but that hashtag does smack of racism. Maybe he isn't racist, maybe he is stupid.

the hash tag probavly means he was reposting a comment by coloredpeopleprobz. personally i prefer to be called mixed race, not coloured but this person seems comerfatble. and if your friend was reposting from coloredpeopleprobz then that person was referring to how white people like to get tanned but he is already dark so has no reason to be out in the sun. it is not a racist comment, as the person who commented this seems comeratble with what they said. if your friend originally posted it then he sh makes no sense what so ever.

He's saying that White people get tans to be darker, while people with tan or dark colored skin often want to be lighter or paler.
