No? especially if their friends. It doesn't mean anything haha if hes commenting on every single one with like "cute
 " or "oooo i like this " that might be a red flag lol or if he likes every single picture then that may also be a red flag but if its just liking one picture every now and then its no big deal

No, just because he likes another girls facebook photo, doesn't mean he actually likes her, it just means he likes the photo. But, if it's bothering you, then maybe you should talk to him about it. But, honestly I think it's pretty silly to get mad over. If he has never cheated on you yet, then he must love you. Ok? So, I honestly wouldn't worry about it.
