How can i find my birth dad for free?

Hi,my name is carrissa. When i was born my mom had her boyfriend noted as my father on my birth certificate.because my birth dad was not in my life.. he walked out when he found out she was pregnant.Well all i know is his first and last name.. and the town where i think he resides in. Do you think you can help me?

Yes, I can help you. Don't look for your birth dad no matter how much you THINK you want to. He walked out because that's who he is. If he has magically changed into a good guy and wanted to make things right, HE WOULD HAVE FOUND YOU. You will regret finding him, trust me.

I would google it. Also yellowpages.com you can look him up. Remeber he might not be in the same town.

Hi, I would try Facebook, Myspace, Google, and Ancestry.com . I wouldn't assume he didn't want contact - I would try find him. Good Luck and Wishing you all the best !
