Will my sister know if I'm on facebook?

My sister said I wasn't allowed to go on facebook but my mom seemed fine with it until she convinced her it wasn't for me. My older sister (in college) said she'd never find out. But lots of my relatives are on facebook.

I have my sister on msn.

Will they automatically tell her?

Is there anyway I can block her or.....=S

If she searches your name you will come up in the search.. There are a gazillion other Julie Smiths (example), she might not stumble upon you. You relatives might find you and they may tell your sister... Your mom or sister don't have to be worried about Facebook, the only people who can see your information are the people who you accept as friends (you can do all this in the settings).

When you make a facebook no one in your list will be notified unless you invite them. Once you make your account you can block her (which idk why ud wanna do...) she has to add you as a friend & than u put ignor,reason:Block. than she won't be able to see ANYTHING of urs, even if u comment on her friends photo, she won't see it.

You can block your sister on facebook and msn if you want..
just go provacy and type in name and press blcok!
