trying to follow my brother and his profile picture and name show up, but results say account is suspended

It means he was a bad bird and they cut off his tweets.

It means your brother has done something wrong so they've suspended him till he rectifies the problem he hasn't been deleted it would say you can get him to email customer care an see if they can help or if you know his sign in details an email ask then yourself
