How do i make my mobile upload picture on my facebook my profile picture?

Ok i loaded my picture from my phone to my facebook and now i'm on my laptop wanting to make it my profile picture and i don't have timeline (nor do i want it) and i cannot find where it tells you you can make it your profile picture anywhere. Where in the heck is the little button???? Honestly i wish facebook would have kept their junk easier instead of changing it.

When you're viewing the picture, underneath it should say "make profile picture"

Its right by the x button to close the picture window. It looks like a little star
