How can you completely get rid of your facebook account?

There is an option to deactivate the account but that doesn't disaccociate the facebook account from the email address. Is there a way to erase the facebook page permanently so that the email address and facebook page are no longer associated and that if you wanted to create another facebook page using that email address you would have to start over?

Yes. You're a smart one by not having a Facebook account. It's for little dweebs!!! When u deactivate it and don't log in for 14days, u will have it completely gone. It's deleted and doesn't associate with the email account u signed up with in the first place.
