Can you get introuble for posting pics on facebook taken inside a hospital?

My little sis was in the hospital for a while and I took some vid's and pics of her when she was on like "happy pills" or just came out of sugary...when she looked at the videos she wanted me to post them on her Facebook because they were funny. But i heard somewhere that you can get in serious trouble for posting them if they are inside the hospital..It's not like i was showing the whole room or other people or doctors, just her and how weird she was acting.

No, you can not get into serious trouble. Especially if it;s just of your sister acting a little weird. The kind of videos that they do not allow are ones of the surgery or more personal times. Many people have posted pictures/videos of family members in the hospital. It would be fine to post them.

If its just her, no you can not get in trouble; but IMO, its a bit juvenile and tasteless to post goofy pics of someone under the effects of drugs & anesthesia after surgery--something she may regret later as the internet NEVER forgets.
