Can child support garnish my spouses checking account?

Im married and have a child from a previous relationship and i owe child support. I dont have a a joint checking with my current spouse. But my checks from work get automaticaly deposit into her account. Can child support sieze her account even though my name is not on the account?

Trying to trick the system will get you nowhere. If they can't get your check that's automatically deposited they will get it at the source and garnish your wages. If you're not paying child support then some states (more than I know of) will jail you. If you can't pay then get a second or third job. You should know better than to have an account with someone else.
