How to increase my height after 20?

I am 5.10.2 and have slightly crooked shoulders.My father is 5.10 but my grandfather was 6.3-6.4.I want to get to 6.2.Can anyone help.And i found out i gained half an inch in the past one and a half month.Any stretches or exercises?

I'm sorry to say this, but there is not physiological way to increase your height. The only thing i can suggest is to wear basketball shoes that have very high heels and to put lifts in your shoes. That will make you taller, but when you think about it, the bad part is, if you go out with a girl and you take her back to your place and take your shoes off, she will be able to see that you're not as tall when she first saw you and some women like taller men so she might just leave you if you're not lucky enough. sorry, but good luck!!!! ,,,,remember, only inner peace can bring true happiness.
