I found my step brother online on facebook. I havent talked to him yet although I did added him. He doesnt know I exist. Anyways I want to know where he is located it . Is there any way I can locate him?

You won't find his exact location with an IP but you'll find out what state he lives in.

They'll send you an email with a link that they have to click and they'll email your the IP of the person who clicked the link.
