What plug-in or flash do Youtube and facebook videos use? My Internet fails when I try to watch them?
My mother has been formattig and fixing the pc via hacker friends from Chile. It has windows xp and whenever we go into YouTube with firefox it closes. With Chrome it still brings up an error message.

What do we need to do to fix it?
Ok I downloaded te flash and it's stillnot working... Any other ideas?
