How do I close a Facebook account someone opened fraudulently under my name with my picture?

Someone is trying to force my to use Facebook, or more so taunt me because I won't open a Facebook account, so much so they opened an account in my name with my picture. I don't have a Facebook account nor do I want one, so I cannot "log into" Facebook. How do I report this and have the profile removed?

Have some people with a facebook report them.

someone open an account for you, so therefore they have the password to open and close it.
and even if you close /remove that account they can still make an account for you..very bad
talk to the person who created it it and ask him.her to close it or you will file charges.
go to the police..

Just sign up for an account to report it, you can always choose to delete your account later on.
