How do you get a guy to notice you?

I really really want this guy, and not even my friends britsh boyfriend compared with him I like him so much. He won't add me on Facebook since he doesn't know who I am (I assume) and I really hate people who keep adding me so I am not going to add him back. What should I do?
I only see him in ELA class, and he is a total good guuuy, I like bad boys so this is a huge change what should i do?
