We were dating when my older brother found out and didnt like it so he decided to call the cops on my previouse boyfriend. so now currently we are not dating. But are we legally aloud to be friends? such as hangout, talk, text and MMS eachother on facebook with out him getting in trouble with the law?

The word is spelled 'allowed'.

P.S. I don't understand the thumbs down. Unless 'Joy' wants to spend the rest of her life misspelling a common everyday word, I'd like to think that I'm doing her a favor.

Not suure, it depends on how bad the acusations are, ussually the male isnt alowed to have contact but i would ask just to be sure. If you deny what your brother is sayingthen mabee there will be a bigger chance you can see him. Good luck and hope this helped :')

Yeah, you can be friends with him. Just don't have sex with him or anything like that and it'll be fine.

This will only end with him wanting to have relations with you. I'd stop the contact, its not exactly the norm. Get friends your own age, or better still wait til your 18 yourself then you can do what you want.

No, not in this circumstance. He's already been caught doing inappropriate things once, repeated contact could, and should, result in a restraining order. A guy his age who would date such a young teen does not have good intentions. You won't stay "just friends", he's manipulating you. Listen to your family and stay away from him.

You would need to ask for the form FR13ND5 18+ form from the police authorities and apply for a certificate of friendship.
