I'm not receiving the email from facebook to recover my compromised account?

My sister changed the password and email on my old facebook and she won't give me the email she is using. She also deactivated it.

I tried to recover it but Facebook refuses to send me an email about recovering it. Help?

Ooops, if both are invalid, you lost this account forever. I had meet such problem too. I have changed the email, but forget the pass word to login in the email account. I just want to say it's so pity!
