Facebook: How do you hide group activity so your friends cant see it?

How do you hide group activity on facebook? I dont want friends who are not part of the group to be able to see my group posts or even that I am posting in the group. Is this possible?

Yes , it is possible if you are the admin of the group.
Steps are
1.Go to the Group
2.At your top right corner just below the pictures of the people in the group you will see a Notification option - next to that you will see a Star Shaped Icon
3.Click on the Star Shaped Icon and select Edit Group
4. Under Privacy three radio buttons will be seen choose either Closed or Secret
Friends who are not part of the group will not be able to see your group posts or even that you are posting in the group

If you choose Open Friends who are not part of the group can see your group posts
If you Choose Closed they can see that you are a member of the group
If you choose Secret they won't be able to see the group itself

This works only if you are one of the Admins of the Group
