Can you use a pic from photobucket as your twitter profile picture?

I mean is it considered legal and such to use a picture from photobucket that you don't own, to take that picture and put it as your twitter picture. ...you know, in place of that little egg...
Oh and if it is, ummm... how do you do it?...

you can but you have to save it to your computer first. Is it another person? That would be weird I think but if it's an item or scenery or some object then sure u can
