Where can i search for a phone number and address of a relative living in same state?

Without having to pay for it ? Looking for my sister to tell her our father pasted away in december this year. thank you.

Try the white pages on line at http://www.whitepages.com You can search by name only, or by name and community. If that doesn't work, if you have an old address, you can try the post office under the "freedom of information act". If she had a forwarding order, they will have the new address on file. Try google search and a facebook search - you have to join facebook to do it, but it's free. If you know where she went to high school, that will help with the facebook search. You may be able to get the HS to forward a letter from you, if she has stayed in touch through her alumni association.
