Well, I don't have Facebook but I'm pretty sure you'd go to your settings area.

Anyone who's your friend on there can comment or like your stuff.. If you dontwant someone liking or commenting delete them.... Idiot

You set Privacy after control..

Upload your Status and set your Privacy only Friends, Friends of Friends, Ya you select only

How to set Privacy?
Upload your Post after Right side Earth Symbol Press and Set your Privacy.
