Hypothetically, if a 20 year old guy hangs out with ex-girlfriend and she ends up losing her virginity to him and then a day later, she's no longer friends with him on Facebook because she deactivated her account without telling anyone, what would he think?

she don't want him following her or spying on her.that would be what i think it is she don't want nothing to do with him at all.

He would think he just used her for sex and she doesnt like him at all so call or txt, or get a hold of him and talk

There are no hypotheticals when it comes to knowing what someone else will think. It will be subjective and still won't give an accurate answer.
