Can i sue someone for impersonating me on twitter?
Yesterday someone made.a Twitter with my name and a picture of me.. normally I would hunt down these asshole and kick their teeth in but I feel like getting legal help maybe put them in jail or something idk.. I don't know anything about the laws of impersonation but can I sue them? And what would I get out if this besides getting the account deleted. P.s. I want them in jail!!! They are ruining my life and friendships.

uh..not in the US. Only one going to jail would be who went out and kicked someone's teeth in.

You can sue them if you can prove that you've lost money because of it.
