Why does my facebook say I'm logged in from Cleveland, OH?
I do not live anywhere close to Cleveland, OH. It says that on my brother's facebook too.

It's the area that is closest to you that facebook can recognise. I'm from Lincolnshire in England, and it says i've logged in from Glasgow, Scotland. Which is a few hundred miles away..
