How can I upload videos to facebook from my iphone?

so my I know two people who can send videos to their facebook accnt but I cant. I thought when I bought the iphone 4 that it would cure the problem but I still cant do it, grrr. at&t is closed right now so I thought to ask here cause im impatient, thanks for your help.
