How to create cause/community/group on twitter?

Launch a Web browser and log in to your Twitter account.

Click "Lists" and "Create a list."

Type the name and description of the list, select the privacy setting for the list and click "Save List."

Click "Profile" and "Following."

Click the list icon for a user you would like to add to a saved list, then select the list to add that user to the list.

Repeat Step 5 for each user you would like to add to the newly created list. You can also add Twitter users you do not follow to the list by visiting their Twitter profile and clicking the list icon.

Repeat Steps 2 through 6 for each additional list you want to create.
