What do you think about this Facebook receiving a private IPO from Goldman?
How does deregulation help a situation like this? What is Facebook doing to actually need help? And will Facebook go to war with Google?
If they needed to rewrite a certain act to bring end to the market bullying, then why dont they just do it...

The US Anti-trust Act would have to be re-written to include social media.... Goldman Sachs made a great investment.. Facebook will not go to war with Google. There is room enough in the playpen for everyone..
