What are some good recipes I can make?

Mother's day is tomorrow and I would like to make my mom a special treat But our oven doesn't work so nothing baked. Something simple and yummy that a kid can make cause I'm going to ask my little sister to help. Like cookies or cupcakes or something. The more recipes the better. Thanks

Make an icebox cake or a homemade ice cream cake.

Or do an ICe cream pie. Take a ready made Graham cracker or ore cookie pie crust and fill with you favorite softened ice cream. Now freeze. When firm top with frosting. Freeze/refrigerate. Serve
