make a facebook with a fake name, and only tell your friends about it.

This is a tough one. Vut, by earning your mom's trust, showing her your responsible and mature is a way your parent can begin to know you are at the right time for a Facebook. Note this might take a while since you've already been caught before. So show your sister and your mom your good to trust.

Your better off without it.
you will become unsocial (in the real world), addicted to it, as well as giving out your personal information to anyone (dont think having a closed profile stops people getting your information if they want it.)
Its a waste if time.

I'm not allowed facebook either and sometimes i wish i did have it and i get really annoyed about it. But a lot of my friends say that they wish they didn't have it cause they waste so much time on it. Facebook can be useful but there can be a lot of horrible things on facebook. If you are under 14 then your mum is probably just trying to help you, if you are older then i don't see why she should stop you from having it. Making an account sneakily wasn't a very good idea, this may have made your mum unsure whether she can trust you anymore and is maybe holding back for a little while until she sees that she can really trust you. Show her that you are careful and you need to gain that trust back. Maybe get her to make an account in her name and show her what happens on facebook, do this for a little while and then she can monitor you and see if she can trust you and let your have it. Sorry this answer is so long i got a bit carried away! Hope it helps anywaySmile
