Why do women constantly lie. Make up, fake nails, fake hair, fake tan, chicken fillets, plastic surgery, controlling underwear etc etc? And that just the outside

This type of men you speak are really complicated to explain it... First you need to know why they cheat and then you could explain better why they do it...
Bored of sex with their wives? Bad times in their homes and they want to find something new? They feel kinda like hunters and want to catch the pray no matter what? The only sure is that they really afraid a "no thank you, you're married"

Most men lie if they think they can get away with it,my husband had 2 women on the go at one time and then when i confronted him with the facts he said he still loved me, and what was the problem? he was most surprised when i threw him out!
