Best answer can get 10 points?
I asked this before and wasn't satisfied with the answers I got. My question is, how do I DM someone on twitter that is not following me. I know it says that you can't but I know there has to be some way around it. I REALLY need to send this message. Please help. thank you.

Goes without saying that the best answer can get 10 points, that's the way Yahoo answers works.
If you REALLY needed to give 20 points, you couldn't, just like you couldn't DM someone on twitter who isn't following you. The way it is won't change because you need it to. |
