Could I possibly get into trouble for making a fan page on Facebook?

I want to start a fan page on Facebook for a local movie theater close by to where I live. It's not regal cinemas, just some theater. I think it deserves a fan page, but I'm wondering if I could get into trouble for making it. Because it's not like I own the cinema, so I'm wondering if the people that own it would freak out if they found out? I am not sure. Ten points for good answer

If you're marketing their name in a good way they shouldn't have a reason to come after you for making a fan page.

Usually business owners don't mind the extra publicity, its when bad publicity enters the picture that they make take some action.
