How to find a person who lives in a different country?

I need to find my brother who lives in another country and I've tried facebook and other sites like that one but couldn't find him, Do you know any easy way I could find him?

p.s.
I'm pretty sure he knows I exist but I don't think he knows my name.

Im in the same boat as you.....i tried facebook and jigsaw...now the salvation army is helping me as they have resources internationally

write it in all site..googles..you can try to search him in google...im sure big chance to find him in there.
