I Haven't heard of my girlfriend in a few weeks but shes went on facebook and uploaded to tumblr?
Been about two weeks and hasnt contacted me at all, i've tried to contact her but nothing.
i seee that shes been on facebook from the settings, it says shes had active sessions,
and shes been uploading to tumblr
need some advice maybe?

She's avoiding you for some reason. Try contacting her (call, text, IM, email, etc). If she doesn't respond, cut her loose. It sounds like she may have done that with you already.
