When you follow someone, it means they're updates (tweets) will pop in your timeline.
If you follow @Tobi_Is_Fab, that means that you'll see the tweets I have, including links. A lot of people on Twitter tend to follow their friends, celebrities, businesses they like, fashion blogs, etc. |
