Apparently she likes having him in her life and getting his attention. Otherwise she'd delete/block him.

As long as that is the extent of his involvement with your GF, then let him be.
I am assuming that you are fine with your GF still friends with her ex, since he is on her FB and you have not said anything to tell her to delete him. |
