Go to

and link your facebook and twitter accounts, all your tweets will be posted to your Facebook Profile or pages depending on your settings.


Or else you can use the Selective tweets application.

When you use the Selective Tweets application, only the tweets with the hashtag #FB will be posted to Facebook.
