What will happen if probation rules are violated?
my little brother is on probation, informal probation. he violated it a few times by looging onto his facebook sumtimes and using it. what will happen if he is caught for this, will he go to jail? im asking this so io can get answers from peopel and to show him tht he shuldnt violate his probation

yes, he can go to jail. That's what probation is. Get in trouble again, go inside.

YESSSSSSSS HE CAN GO TO JAIL..... if he has had a break in the past , he may NOT be so lucky this time , and trust me this is on paper

If he violates his probation terms, then he'll probably go to jail. The purpose of probation is to give the offender a chance to go straight. If the offender doesn't abide by probation rules, then he will be given no more leniency.
