How to get back at my BFF who betrayed me? PLEASE HELP!?

My best friend is known for always wanting the attention. Were both equally pretty but she would always get slightly upset if she felt boys payed more attention to me and would always end up trying to take the boy from me. We actually stopped being friends and talking because she tried join behind my back with one of my boyfriends. I hadn't spoke to her years until one day I called her just to say hello. I met a guy this summer that is attending the same college as me. We instantly clicked when we met. He was cute, funny, sweet etc. However my best friend and him used to kind of talk. We all didn't know we knew each other until he saw me and my best friend chatting on Twitter. He asked if it bothered me that they used to talk. I said no and he said he care either. However when she found out me and him talked she began calling me and telling me how he said he like me but he liked her better and other crazy things. My feelings were hurt but I got over it. Me and the guy stopped talking for another issue not involving her and I told her about it and told her I didn't like him anymore. The guy went back to his hometown to visit his family (where she lives) and she called me and bragged how he had just came to pick her up and they went to hang out somewhere. I played it off like I didn't care. But I feel she should NOT get away with doing this to me the second time. I don't like revenge but Im up for it this time. What can I do? I feel it could work because the guy goes to my college and she's in another state.

okay my advice is everytime like a guy smiles at you or anything text her and brag

Brag non stop to her just to make her jealous my advise is brag just brag sooo much till you get to her limmit
