an abbreviation of the title of the Fall Out Boy album Take This To Your Grave: mostly used by scene kids.

I don't know why it has it's own day though.

Well as a present to Fall Out Boy(sort of), who are Twitter addicts, a bunch of Fall Out Boy fans decided to get TTTYG Day in the trending topics(Take This To Your Grave Day) on May 6 09, because it came out on May 6 03.

Lame present, but it was sure fun.
