Twitter Questions: How can I hot link to separate words?

Sometimes I want to make two separate words clickable. How can I do that without showing the hashtags (#)?

Also, is there a tool I can use that would allow me to load up all of my tweets and send them out on a specific date/time over the course of a month?

And last, what's the best way to get followers?
