You are ineligible to register for Facebook?
My brother tried to open up a face-book, and the only now i realized that it's 13+.
But now I cannot sign up, the message always shows up..
And I'm 16..
Help pleas. what should I do?

sign up for a new account under a new email address,

or change the email address on your old account and delete that email from the account so that you can start a new account with a new email and it will let you sign up.

download a new browser like firefox or apple, this wont recgnise that you have been blocker on IE.

sign up from another computer... and at home when u go to http://www.facebook.com or whatever the website is... just log on.... with ur username and password ! have u tried shutting off ur computer and restarting it?

it knows the IP address of the computer used at the original registering process, and now is denying you .

Try typing up another username or just stop logging into their website for a few days then try it again
