How do I recover a lost facebook message, that unexpectedly closed before I finished it?

i wrote a 3 hour message for a girl, and when I was putting some finishing touches on it..it closed, can i recover the text that I had written?

You might be able to hit the "back" button, if you clicked on another link without closing the window. Otherwise, I think you're out of luck. So sorry!

If it closed then you can't recover it, if the browser is still open you can try hitting the back/forward button.

3 hour or 3 min? What were you trying to do, write a book instead of a message?
