How do you set up Twitter on your phone?

I live in the UK and I have no idea on how to set it up. I have tried through the website, and when i send the code, it doesn't do anything. I am confused.

Hi there.
There are more ways to do it.I will mention 2 of them.
First one is adding your Devices to your Twitter account.
1.Login to your Twitter Account
2.Next click on the Devices Tab which is located at twitter.com/devices
3.Enter your mobile phone number along with the country code. +[Country Code][Mobile Number]
4.Select the check box to accept the terms and then click on save
5.You will be given a small verification code which you need to send via SMS to 5566511.Text isn't free so check charges with your mobile provider.After the Verification you will get a SMS

Second way is install application on your phone that supports Twitter,facebook,gmail,msn,icq.skype ...
