I want to start a family tree and locate them all over the world?

I have many cousins and other relatives. I want to locate them and allow them to fill in the gaps of other family members. Which is the best way for them to know? Do I start a blog or use facebook or other ways to interact with them?

You can put a family tree online using a piece of software called "The Next Generation". Then, your family members can look at it and make suggestions or you can even let them edit it. I use it.
