Do ex get money if I win lottery?
I play the lottery every week with co-workers. If I win will my husbands ex wife get any money? He pays child support and half of everything else and is a wonderful father. I just don't want some body else esp his ex benefit from me winning something. Of course we would set up trust funds for his kids as well as mine.

If it's yours she can't touch it. If it's a joint account she can. And obviously if it's in his name she can.

Everything would depend on how their divorce decree was written. Most likely, nothing he got *after* the divorce was final would go to her. Now, if the ticket was purchased before the divorce, that could change things.

Also, you need to realize that if he's paying child support, and he comes into some big money; his ex could petition the court to have the child support agreement modified. But, she wouldn't have to do that, because I'm sure he wants to take good care of his kid, and would use some of this cash to do that.

It depends on the state. If in Massachusetts, than yes.

For 22 years, I have volunteered my time working with divorced/single fathers dealing in family law issues, such as child support, teaching them about what the states are not telling support obligors.
