you could either;
type "myspace.com" or "facebook.com" in to your address bar

search them on google, yahoo etc

use a proxy site: http://www.proxysite.org/

if you have forgotten your log in, click the "forgot password" button and follow the directions

if those links won't work for some reason, you will need to close your internet browser and try it again by re-opening and typing in the links above. if it still doesnt work, try re-booting your pc, sometimes(especially internet explorer) browsers will glitch up and not work until you re-boot
