What do the dodgers twitter mean when it said?
"@Dodgers: If Vin's wife will allow him, Vin would like to broadcast from the new Yankee Stadium if the Dodgers head to New York next season."
Are they moving back to Brooklyn?

No, he never travels farther than Arizona, so he would like to visit the new stadium if the Dodgers play there.

Sculley, who is 84 years old, just announced he will return to the Dodgers radio booth in 2013. For past several seasons, he hasn't made road trips further east than Colorado.

I see three possibilities in this twitter and one is not Dodgers moving back to Brooklyn -
1. Dodgers/Yankees will have an interleague series in Yankee Stadium
2. While Dodgers are in NewYork playing Mets, Sculley sneaks into Yankee Stadium and does a phantom re-broadcast of Don Larsen's 1956 World Series perfect game
3. Dodgers and Yankees play in the 2013 World Series

Could also be a combination of numbers 1 and 3.
